Professional evaluations for Social Security disability services.
We provide Social Security Consultative Examinations for children, adolescents, and adults as requested by Disability Determination Services. These evaluations are designed to help assess psychological and mental health functioning as part of the disability determination process.
If you have questions regarding your scheduled evaluation, your assigned disability evaluation analyst is the best point of contact for appointment updates or case-related information. Their contact details will be included in your appointment confirmation letter.
Before your appointment, our office will contact you with a reminder call to confirm your visit and discuss any scheduling concerns. If you need accommodations regarding your arrival time on the same day, our team will do their best to assist you.
