Nolan has served as Dr. Mischka’s executive assistant for the past four years and was the first administrative team member at Mischka Psychological. He brings organization, reliability, and a thoughtful approach to every aspect of the practice. From coordinating the complex schedules of our clinicians and staff to preparing reports and keeping daily operations running smoothly, Nolan helps ensure both clients and providers are well supported. Since moving to San Diego in 2023, he has continued serving the practice as a hybrid team member, maintaining the same level of responsiveness, efficiency, and care.
